Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Discounts for long lets can be arranged.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover day but can be flexible out of peak period.
Booking notes
Non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the property. If the renter cancels the holiday, owner will make all efforts to re-let and if successful will return the deposit. Full payment to be made 6 weeks before departure. £100 extra cheque required against any damages or breakages, to be returned uncashed after stay. There are no hidden or extra charges, except for winter bookings where a charge will be made for heating consumption.
Cleaning, towels, linen, maid service
Towels and linen included. Property and towels and linen will be cleaned before visit.
