About us
We bought the house nearly five years ago and have spent this time renovating it. This last year we have had an excellent builder who has brought the house into a good state of repair and built a superb walled patio overlooking stunning views, which has put the finishing touches to the house.
The house has exceptional views, even within an area of outstanding beauty, because it is situated on its own hill with sweeping panoramic views of mountains, valleys, the plain leading to Pescara and even glimpses of the sea. That is why we bought it!
